LIVESTOCK

Learn the business of procuring livestock for the largest integrated feedlot & processing operation in Australia.

Exposure to the full livestock supply chain, from paddock and saleyard to feedlot and processing, this 3 year program will have you working hands on every day.

FEEDLOTS

Learn the business of feeding livestock for Australia’s
largest lot feeder.

Get to know all aspects of the feedlot, from farm, milling, feeding,
animal health and performance, this 2 year program will provide
exposure to a wide array of feedlot responsibilities.

SALES

Learn the business of selling beef for the countries largest
beef processor and food company.

Learn the business from the ground up in this 3 year program,
from shipping and docs, meat cuts and processing, through to
managing customer relationships and negotiations.
