Our Beef City Black program boasts a minimum marble score of 1+, produced out of our Beef City facility which is ideally located in the prime grain and cattle producing region of the Darling Downs in South East Queensland.
One of only two integrated feedlot and processing facilities in Australia, cattle are walked from the feedlot to the plant, minimising stress in order to achieve the highest eating qualities such as tenderness and juiciness.
