The Dinmore Hide Plant has been in operation for over 15 years, allowing in-house processing of hides from our various beef processing facilities in one single location.

Beef gallstones, also known as bovine bezoars, can be co-products of beef processing. Whilst naturally occurring with limited ability to influence supply, gallstones are rare and valued in traditional Chinese medicine.
Thanks to our newly developed pharmaceuticals lab on site at JBS Dinmore, our capacity to produce quality pharmaceuticals items such as serums has expanded, with the added benefit of transparency through the supply chain from processing to further processing.
